18 things people with diabetes DO NOT want to hear.
If you’ve lived with diabetes long enough, it’s likely have to show a great deal of patience and are likely to practice more self-control than the average Joe/Jane. Not necessarily because of your condition, but because of people and what they have to say about diabetes.
Quin was founded and is led by people living with diabetes. It means we understand you and believe you’re the expert in your own body. This is why we need you. Apply to our diabetes research programme.

Regardless of what others have said about you and your condition, we think you have something to contribute to science.
We are developing an app that take a completely different approach to diabetes management. People like you have told us no one really knows exactly how much insulin to take and when to take it.
We believe that many factors have the potential to impact your blood glucose. We’re doing some research starting with food and activity. By considering your past treatment decisions, the amount of insulin you took and the time at which you took it, as you use the app will eventually be able to play back your best outcomes and help you make future treatment decisions. We need people living with diabetes, using MDI therapy with insulin pen.
