What if you had 8,757 hours on your own to navigate something you’re unsure about?
What do you do if you have a long-term health condition but are only given access to your doctor for a total of 3 hours a year? Well, that smartphone in your pocket (or on your desk) is the answer for many people in the UK.
So we looked into it
We wanted to explore the role that health apps currently play in people’s lives, both for those living with type 1 diabetes and those who aren’t. With more people spending time at home because of Covid-19, we were curious to see how this reflected in our digital habits.
